Dawn please tell Drew that wind doesn’t cause things to ice over. Drew mentioned how it warmed up enough for things to melt and then the wind caused things to ice over. I think what he means is that the temperature dropped again freezing things. Wind chill is how cold it feels not how cold it is; freezing is still 32 degrees.

And yes maybe I’m just in a bad mood and picking on Drew
