2D1F – Serenity
Serenity – The crew of the ship Serenity tries to evade an assassin sent to recapture one of their number who is telepathic.
Not much to say since the movie is pretty much perfect. Thick story with deep characters. We had a hard time really breaking it down since there’s so much goodness always going on. Full on Joss Whedon Gush Fest.
For this review we’re drinking Out of Bounds, Hoptimum, and Big Bad Baptist.

Hey guys.
My name is Steve Owens. I started listening to your podcast a long, long time ago.
you were the way I first heard about Twitter.
as a matter of fact, you were advertising a Nokia N810. Remember that? that was long long ago, right? I think that was before ipads!
anyway, I ran out and bought one, started my twitter account and doubled up on the amount of podcasts I listen to. back then I don’t feel like there were very many podcasts. nobody I knew even know what twitter was! but I did, thanks to you guys. as a matter of fact, Drew was the first person to ever reply to me on twitter. he told me exactly how to find Carolla’s show. I think Mark Hoppus had one, Kevin Smith had one and you guys. it was the wild west. one day, a Friday, Drew said that Adam Carolla was fired and would start a podcast on Monday. living in San Antonio, Carolla’s radio show was not available to me, but I have never missed even one episode of his podcast. while I did trail off of yours roughly when you went to Costa Rica for vacation; I have NEVER stopped thanking you in my head for leading me to Adam’s podcast. so I wanted to take this time to thank you very very much.
it is good to see youre still going strong.
