		<description>Dawn please tell Drew that wind doesn&#039;t cause things to ice over.  Drew mentioned how it warmed up enough for things to melt and then the wind caused things to ice over.  I think what he means is that the temperature dropped again freezing things.  Wind chill is how cold it feels not how cold it is; freezing is still 32 degrees.  

And yes maybe I&#039;m just in a bad mood and picking on Drew :)</description>
